Shani's Country Groomers: I would like to take a moment to let you know how satisfied I am with my dog Teddyâ s recent visit to your grooming salon. I am a new client as of lst Saturday, January 9th, when I brought Teddy in, a male, Yorkshire Terrier.

The reason I am writing this letter is that I used to have close to my home in Northridge who used to care for Teddy, my other two yorkies and also my Shih Tzu. They did the perfect cut for each breed and my dogs were solely trusted in their care. Since that time, they sold the family business to a new owner and the quality of the service is not the same. I tried a couple of groomers since and have not been happy with the results.

I found your salon by driving by and looking in the area close to my work. I thought it would be convenient to drop one or two of the dogs off while I was working. I spotted your sign and came in and got a card and saw that the premises were clean and the staff friendly. I also saw a couple of dogs there that were being groomed or were done and they truly had a professional cut to fit their breed. There was also a man leaving with his dog and his dog looked great.

I just wanted to let you know that I am truly happy with the was Teddy was groomed and I felt comfortable leaving him there. He looks equally as â cuteâ as he did at his other groomers and that is hard to find. I am especially happy, that he has that little â Teddybearâ look again.

Thanks to you staff and I would highly recommend your salon to anyone who comes my way!!

All we have to do in our house is say to our Labrador, Charlie, "Do you want to go see Lorraine and get a bath"? and he goes berserk. She is smart, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would never take our dog anywhere else. We love Lorraine, too! The Bills Family

Do you want to know how great this place is? I drove 50 miles from Costa Mesa to bring my baby yorkie to see them. They are wonderful! Other groomers don't like to take the time to comb out the matts but the groomers here take time and care to make sure that the coat is perfect. I love the bandanas and all the hair accessories! Best place I have found by far. Thank you Shani's.

I took my puppy here for his first hair cut and they did a fantastic job! Thanks Myron!! My dog Tyson looks great and will be coming back on a regular basis!! We have found our groomer!!

the best groomers: this place is amazing! we take all 5 of our dogs there, from the big labs to the tiny maltese, they all love the friendly staff. the dogs can't wait to get out of the car and run in to say hi; that's a great sign that your groomer is is a keeper!
